Product Overview
Many mushrooms under the P. cubensis strain have a golden brown cap and white stems, and the Escondido mushrooms share this same characteristic. When these mushrooms are bruised, their light color will turn blue.
A Mexican variety that puts out decent flushes of golden caps with white speckling. Typically medium sized, taller than wider fruits, and more likely to form as individuals than clusters.
